Aminophylline, Amobarbital, Ephedrine falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group German Chamomile interacts with.

German chamomile has mild sedative effects. Theoretically, concomitant use with drugs with sedative properties can cause additive effects and side effects.

Amesec is an older combination product. The piece that matters for chamomile here is the amobarbital, which is a barbiturate that calms the brain and can make you drowsy. Chamomile has its own mild sedative effect, mostly from a compound called apigenin. So in theory, sipping concentrated chamomile while taking this medicine could stack their calming effects and leave you more sleepy, foggy, or slow to react than expected.

To be fair, this caution comes only from lab and animal data, not real patient studies, so it is more theoretical than proven. An occasional cup of tea is unlikely to be a big deal, but stronger supplement doses could add up. If you notice extra drowsiness, check in with your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
