Diclofenac Sodium, Misoprostol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group German Chamomile interacts with.

Theoretically, German chamomile might inhibit CYP2C9 and increase levels of drugs metabolized by these enzymes.
In vitro evidence shows that German chamomile might inhibit CYP2C9. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. However, there might be an increase in the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9 in patients taking German chamomile.

The diclofenac part of Arthrotec is cleared from your body mainly by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. German chamomile may slow that enzyme down, at least in lab studies. If it does the same in people, diclofenac could clear a little more slowly and build up, which can nudge up the usual NSAID side effects: stomach upset or irritation, heartburn, fluid retention, higher blood pressure, or kidney strain. The misoprostol in this combo is there to protect your stomach and isn't affected by this enzyme.

Here's the honest part: this is based only on test-tube data, not real patients, so it's mostly theoretical. Enjoying chamomile tea now and then is very unlikely to matter. If you use concentrated chamomile supplements daily, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor first.
