Nebivolol Hydrochloride, Valsartan falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group German Chamomile interacts with.

Theoretically, German chamomile might inhibit CYP2D6 and increase levels of drugs metabolized by these enzymes.
In vitro evidence shows that German chamomile might inhibit CYP2D6. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. However, there might be an increase in the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 in patients taking German chamomile.

Byvalson combines nebivolol, a beta-blocker, with valsartan for blood pressure. The nebivolol part is cleared mostly by a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. In lab (test tube) studies, German chamomile appears to slow that same enzyme down. If that effect carried over into people, nebivolol could build up a bit more than usual, which might lead to stronger effects like a slower heart rate, lower blood pressure, dizziness, or feeling tired.

Here's the reassuring part: this is only theoretical. It has been seen in lab work, not in actual patients, so we don't have real-world reports of problems. An occasional cup of chamomile tea is unlikely to matter much. Still, if you drink it regularly or take concentrated capsules, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor and keep an eye on your blood pressure and pulse.

Byvalson combines two blood pressure medicines, nebivolol (a beta-blocker) and valsartan (an ARB). The valsartan piece is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In a test tube, German chamomile has shown it might slow that enzyme down. In theory, that could let a bit more valsartan stay in your system, which might nudge your blood pressure lower than expected. You could notice things like dizziness, lightheadedness when standing, or feeling unusually tired.

Here is the reassuring part: this has only been seen in lab studies, never confirmed in real people, and an occasional cup of chamomile tea is very unlikely to cause trouble. If you use concentrated chamomile supplements regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your readings.
