Here's the thinking behind this pairing. Lymphocyte Immune Globulin (Atgam) is a powerful infused medicine used to calm or suppress your immune system, often around organ transplants or for certain types of immune-related conditions. Its whole job is to dial down immune activity.
Glyconutrients, on the other hand, are marketed (with weak evidence) as supplements that may stimulate immune responses. So in theory, they could work against what Atgam is trying to do, possibly making it less effective and raising the risk of something like transplant rejection or a flare of the condition being treated. I'll be honest with you: this concern comes only from lab (test tube) studies, not real patients, so it's theoretical. Still, with a drug this serious, I'd play it safe.
