These two interact in 2 distinct ways. Each one is explained separately below.
Why Are There 2 Interactions?
Guggul interacts with whole categories of medication. Aspirin, Caffeine falls into 2 of those categories, so it can interact with Guggul in 2 different ways. We’ve listed each one below — your overall risk is driven by the most serious of them (Moderate).
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
1 of 2Why this applies to Aspirin, Caffeine
Aspirin, Caffeine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Guggul interacts with.
In vitro research shows that guggul constituents known as guggulsterones can induce CYP3A4.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the gist for products like Anacin that pair aspirin with caffeine. Lab research suggests guggulsterones (the active compounds in guggul) may speed up a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. The caffeine in this combo is partly handled by that pathway, so in theory guggul could nudge your body to clear caffeine a little faster. That might mean the gentle pick-me-up feels weaker, or, if your system adjusts, slightly less of the usual caffeine jitteriness.
Honestly though, this is theoretical and based only on test-tube and animal data, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The aspirin part isn't really driven by this enzyme. Culinary or small doses are unlikely to matter. If you take guggul regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.

ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
2 of 2Aspirin, Caffeine also falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS.
In vitro research and preliminary clinical studies suggest that guggul might have antiplatelet and anticoagulant effects.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
The product you're asking about (Anacin) pairs aspirin with caffeine. Aspirin is the piece that matters here. It's a blood thinner of sorts, since it keeps your platelets from clumping together to form clots. Guggul appears to do something similar in lab and early human studies, gently nudging the blood toward being thinner on its own.
So the worry is simple: two things that discourage clotting, stacked together, could add up and make bleeding or bruising more likely. Think easier bruising, nosebleeds, or a cut that's slow to stop. To be fair, this is mostly theoretical and based on weak evidence, so it isn't a guaranteed problem. Still, before combining them, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor, especially if you take aspirin daily.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Caffeine page
“Anacin combines aspirin with caffeine, so supplements can hit it from two directions, and a few of the 347 on this list deserve real respect. The biggest group, over 200 ingredients, can raise bleeding risk on top of aspirin's blood-thinning effect; beer and wine carry major ratings because alcohol plus an aspirin-type drug makes stoma…”
