Levamlodipine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Guggul interacts with.

Theoretically, guggul might reduce the effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that guggul constituents known as guggulsterones can induce CYP3A4.

Levamlodipine is the active form of amlodipine, a blood pressure medicine that your liver clears using an enzyme called CYP3A4. Guggul appears to speed that enzyme up. So in theory, taking guggul could make your body break down levamlodipine a little faster, which might soften how well it controls your blood pressure.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it comes from lab and test-tube studies, not from real people, so it's mostly a theoretical concern. Still, if you do use guggul, it's worth keeping an eye on your blood pressure readings at home and letting your doctor or pharmacist know before you start, so they can make sure your numbers stay where they should be.
