Anisindione (Miradon) is an older blood thinner that works by slowing your body's ability to form clots. On its own, it already raises the chance of bleeding, which is why people on it watch for things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or blood in the urine or stool.

Here's the concern with higenamine: in animal studies, it appeared to make platelets less sticky and reduced clot formation. Stacked on top of an anticoagulant like anisindione, that could theoretically nudge your bleeding risk even higher. To be clear, this is based on lab and animal work, not human proof, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, since anisindione is a drug where small shifts matter, please run any higenamine product past your pharmacist or doctor first.
