Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Why this applies to Finerenone
Finerenone falls under Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates — the group Humann Superbeets Heart Chews interacts with.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Here's the gist: your finerenone (Kerendia) is cleared from the body mainly by an enzyme called CYP3A4. The grape seed extract in these SuperBeets Heart Chews has shown, mostly in lab dishes, that it might slow that enzyme down a bit. If that happened, finerenone could clear a little more slowly and build up slightly, which in theory could nudge up its known effects, things like higher potassium levels or lower blood pressure.
That said, I want to keep this in perspective. This is weak, theoretical evidence with no real reports of it happening in people, and the chews contain only a small dose of grape seed extract. I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since finerenone needs regular potassium and kidney checks anyway, just mention the chews to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on things.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Finerenone page
“Kerendia (finerenone) protects the kidneys and heart in people with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease, and because the body clears it through one main enzyme, CYP3A4, its supplement list calls for genuine care. Of the 146 ingredients on file, 121 can push that enzyme up or down, letting finerenone drift too high or too low.”

About Finerenone
What Is Finerenone Used For?
Brand name: Kerendia
Kerendia (finerenone) is used in adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) linked to type 2 diabetes. It helps reduce the risk of kidney function decline, end-stage kidney disease, cardiovascular death, non-fatal heart attack, and hospitalization for heart failure in these patients.
Kerendia is also used in adults with heart failure who have a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) — a measure of how well the heart pumps — of 40% or higher. In this group, it reduces the risk of cardiovascular death, hospitalization for heart failure, and urgent heart failure visits.
