Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Why this applies to Rifampin
Rifampin falls under Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates — the group Humann Superbeets Heart Chews interacts with.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Here's the gist for Rifampin: the grape seed extract in these chews has shown, in lab tests only, a mild ability to slow down the CYP3A4 enzyme. When that enzyme is blocked, drugs it breaks down can build up a little. So in theory, your rifampin levels might tick up slightly, which could mean a bit more chance of side effects like stomach upset, nausea, or changes in your liver enzymes.
That said, I want to keep this in perspective. This concern comes from test-tube studies only, with no real-world reports in people, and it's rated as minor and unlikely. Interestingly, rifampin is actually a strong enzyme inducer itself, so this small effect is unlikely to matter much. Still, since you're treating something serious like TB, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding these chews.

About Rifampin
What Is Rifampin Used For?
Brand names: Rifadin, Rimactane, Rifadin Injection, Rofactor
Rifampin treats all forms of tuberculosis. It is always used as part of a combination of TB medicines, not on its own.
It also treats asymptomatic meningococcal carriers. These are people who carry the bacteria Neisseria meningitidis in the nose and throat without being sick. Rifampin is not used to treat an actual meningococcal infection.
Rifampin capsules are taken by mouth. Rifadin IV and Rifampin for Injection are given through a vein for the initial treatment and retreatment of tuberculosis when the medicine cannot be taken by mouth.
