Each serving of HumanN SuperBeets includes 150mg of grape seed extract (2 chews). Laboratory studies suggest that grape seed extract might have inhibitory effects on the CYP2D6 metabolizing enzyme. If this enzyme is inhibited, drugs metabolized by it may undergo slower metabolism, potentially leading to (in many cases) higher-than-normal drug levels. Here's the short version on combining SuperBeets Heart Chews with your amphetamine. The grape seed extract in these chews (about 150mg per two-chew serving) has shown some ability to block an enzyme called CYP2D6 in laboratory tests. CYP2D6 helps your body clear amphetamine, so in theory, if that enzyme slows down, amphetamine levels could creep up a little. That might mean more of the usual amphetamine effects, like a faster heartbeat, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, reduced appetite, or higher blood pressure.

That said, I don't want to overstate this. This is a minor, unlikely interaction based only on test-tube studies, with no real-world human cases reported. Most people won't notice anything. Still, since both products can nudge blood pressure and heart rate, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.

Amphetamine treats Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in patients 6 years and older. Adzenys XR-ODT, Dyanavel XR, and the amphetamine extended-release orally disintegrating tablet formulations are specifically approved for ADHD in this age group.

Amphetamine Sulfate tablets and Evekeo (amphetamine sulfate tablets) are also approved for narcolepsy (a sleep disorder causing uncontrollable daytime sleepiness) and as a short-term aid in a calorie-restricted weight-loss program for exogenous obesity (weight gain from external factors like overeating) in patients who have not responded to other approaches.
