Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Aspirin
Acetaminophen, Aspirin falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Indian Long Pepper interacts with.
In vitro research shows that Indian long pepper extract inhibits platelet aggregation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Your combo product (Gemnisyn) contains aspirin, which already thins the blood a little by keeping platelets from clumping together. The interest here is with the aspirin half, not the acetaminophen. In lab dish studies, Indian long pepper also slowed platelets from sticking, so taking the two together could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a bit higher.
I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is: it comes only from test-tube research, not from people. So it's worth knowing, not worth panicking over. Still, watch for things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that's slow to stop. If you take long pepper regularly as a supplement, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on you.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Acetaminophen, Aspirin page
“Acetaminophen with aspirin (Gemnisyn) is the kind of pain reliever people take without a second thought, which is exactly why its interaction list deserves genuine care. More than 200 of the 321 ingredients on file thin the blood in some way, and layered on top of aspirin that means a higher chance of bleeding, especially in the stomach.”
