Vildagliptin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Indigo Pulchra interacts with.

Theoretically, indigo pulchra might lower blood glucose levels and might have additive effects when used with antidiabetes drugs. This might increase the risk of hypoglycemia in some patients. Monitor blood glucose levels closely. Some antidiabetes drugs include glimepiride (Amaryl), glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase), insulin, metformin (Glucophage), pioglitazone (Actos), rosiglitazone (Avandia), and others.

Here's the honest picture: Vildagliptin (Galvus) already works to bring your blood sugar down. The concern on file is that Indigo Pulchra might also nudge blood sugar lower, so stacking the two could push you too far and cause hypoglycemia. With vildagliptin on its own that risk is fairly low, but adding something extra could tip the balance. Watch for shakiness, sweating, dizziness, a fast heartbeat, or feeling confused or unusually hungry.

Two big caveats. This warning comes only from lab or animal data, so it's theoretical, not proven in people. And we genuinely cannot verify what Indigo Pulchra even is. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and keep an eye on your glucose readings.
