ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Glucose
Glucose falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Indigo Pulchra interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's a little wrinkle with this one. The interaction on file is really about supplements that lower blood sugar bumping into diabetes treatments. Glucose (the kind given as IV dextrose or as a sugar tablet) is actually the opposite. It's used to raise blood sugar, often to treat a low. So a supplement that pushes sugar down wouldn't add to glucose; if anything, it could work against it and make glucose less effective at bringing your levels back up.
Honestly though, the bigger issue is that we cannot confirm what Indigo Pulchra even is. There's no reliable data on it, and the blood sugar claim itself is only based on lab or animal hints, so it's theoretical. Please don't use an unverified product, especially around low blood sugar situations, without first checking with your pharmacist or doctor.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Glucose page
“Glucose given by IV raises a dangerously low blood sugar, and this list warrants real caution because most of its 256 ingredients pull the other way. Nearly all of them lower blood sugar on their own, working against the treatment and setting up another crash.”

Glucose Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Glucose as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Indigo Pulchra — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
