Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Glucagon
Glucagon falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Indigo Pulchra interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's an interesting wrinkle with this one. Glucagon isn't a typical diabetes drug that lowers blood sugar. It does the opposite. It's an emergency rescue medicine that tells your liver to dump stored sugar into your blood to pull you out of a dangerous low. So even though our file lists glucagon under "antidiabetes drugs," the supposed sugar-lowering effect of Indigo Pulchra would work against glucagon, not pile on top of it.
Honestly, the bigger issue is that we can't confirm what Indigo Pulchra even is, and this concern is only theoretical (lab or animal data). I wouldn't lose sleep, but please show the product to your pharmacist before mixing it with any diabetes plan.

Glucagon Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Glucagon as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Indigo Pulchra — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
