Here's the simple version: Rifamate combines two tuberculosis drugs, isoniazid and rifampin, and both are already known to be tough on the liver. Ligandrol (a SARM) has its own track record of causing liver injury in some people. Put them together and you may be stacking two liver stressors on top of each other, which could raise your odds of trouble.

What that might look like: yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain on the right side, nausea, or unusual tiredness. To be fair, this concern rests mostly on scattered case reports, not strong studies, so it's a theoretical worry rather than a proven one. Still, I'd be cautious. Ligandrol isn't an approved supplement to begin with, so please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing the two.
