Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Insulin Human, Sodium Chloride
Insulin Human, Sodium Chloride falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Maqui interacts with.
Animal research shows that maqui berry reduces fasting blood glucose. However, maqui berry extract taken orally, either as a single dose or daily for 3 months, does not decrease fasting blood glucose in prediabetic patients. It is unknown whether it might reduce blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: maqui berry might gently nudge your blood sugar downward, and insulin already does that job. Stack the two and there's a theoretical chance your sugar dips a little lower than expected. With insulin, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) can show up as shakiness, sweating, a fast heartbeat, confusion, or feeling lightheaded.
That said, I don't want to overstate this. The evidence is thin. In people with prediabetes, maqui taken for up to three months did not lower fasting blood sugar, and we simply don't know how it behaves in diabetes. Eating the berry as food is very unlikely to be an issue. If you start a concentrated maqui supplement, just keep an eye on your readings and let your pharmacist or doctor know so they can guide any insulin adjustments.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Insulin Human, Sodium Chloride page
“The two entries to understand first for Myxredlin (human insulin in sodium chloride) are Siberian cocklebur, which has caused severe hypoglycemia in humans, and EDTA chelation products, which can drop blood glucose sharply and may interfere with the insulin itself. Those are the only major-rated interactions among the 242 ingredients o…”

About Maqui
What is Maqui?
- Antioxidant support
- Blood sugar support
- Eye health and dry eye
- Anti-inflammatory support
- Heart health
Maqui is a dark purple berry from Chile that is very rich in antioxidant plant pigments called anthocyanins. Early research suggests it may help with things like blood sugar, dry eye, and inflammation, but the human evidence is still limited and far from proven. It is generally well tolerated as a food, but talk with your pharmacist or doctor before using concentrated supplements.
About Human Insulin Injection
What Is Human Insulin Injection Used For?
Brand name: Myxredlin
Novolin (human insulin injection) is used to improve glycemic control — meaning blood sugar management — in adults and children with diabetes mellitus.
Novolin 70/30 is a fixed-ratio mixture of intermediate-acting and short-acting human insulin. Because the ratio is fixed, it cannot be adjusted separately for background (basal) or mealtime (prandial) needs.
