Here's the short version: Levorphanol is a strong opioid pain reliever that already slows down the brain and nervous system. It can leave you drowsy, foggy, or short of breath, and it slows your breathing. Marsh Labrador tea has been reported to add to the sedating effects of things like alcohol and barbiturates, so the worry is that pairing it with Levorphanol could deepen that drowsiness and make you more sleepy or sluggish than expected.

I want to be honest about the evidence here. This is a theoretical concern based on how the plant behaves, not solid human studies, so don't panic. But this tea also carries grayanotoxins that can be genuinely toxic, which is its own reason for caution. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
