Here's the simple version: both of these things push the brakes on your brain and breathing, and stacking them is dangerous. Levorphanol is a strong opioid pain reliever, and like other narcotics it already slows your breathing, makes you drowsy, and can lower your blood pressure. GHB is a powerful nervous system depressant on its own. Put them together and those effects pile up.

The real worry is heavy sedation, very slow or shallow breathing, and the risk of slipping into unconsciousness or coma. This combination can be life-threatening. The reports behind this are anecdotal rather than hard studies, but the danger is real and serious enough that I'd urge you not to combine them without talking to your doctor or pharmacist first.

GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate) is a powerful central nervous system depressant that is NOT a safe dietary supplement. In the U.S. it is a controlled substance, and only a tightly regulated prescription form (sodium oxybate) is legal for narcolepsy. Non-prescription GHB can cause coma, breathing failure, and death, and it is also a known 'date-rape' drug — it should not be taken outside of medical supervision.
