Dexamfetamine falls under AMPHETAMINES — the group Gamma-hydroxybutyrate (ghb) interacts with.

Concomitant use of amphetamines and GHB can increase the risk of severe adverse effects.
Concomitant use of GHB with amphetamines has been associated with severe adverse effects. Theoretically, concomitant use of GHB with amphetamines may also antagonize the effects of GHB. Conversely, concomitant use of GHB with amphetamines is reported to mask the symptoms of amphetamine intoxication.

Here's the tricky part about mixing GHB with dexamfetamine. These two pull your brain in opposite directions. Dexamfetamine is a stimulant that speeds things up (faster heart rate, higher blood pressure, alertness), while GHB is a heavy depressant that slows you down. When you take them together, each one can hide what the other is doing. That means you might not feel how intoxicated you really are, and the stimulant can mask the dangerous sedation and slowed breathing GHB causes.

The evidence here is mostly anecdotal, but the reports describe serious problems, so I'd take it seriously. Honestly, GHB outside of a prescription is not safe to begin with. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything like this.

GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate) is a powerful central nervous system depressant that is NOT a safe dietary supplement. In the U.S. it is a controlled substance, and only a tightly regulated prescription form (sodium oxybate) is legal for narcolepsy. Non-prescription GHB can cause coma, breathing failure, and death, and it is also a known 'date-rape' drug — it should not be taken outside of medical supervision.
