Methoxyamphetamine falls under AMPHETAMINES — the group Gamma-hydroxybutyrate (ghb) interacts with.

Concomitant use of amphetamines and GHB can increase the risk of severe adverse effects.
Concomitant use of GHB with amphetamines has been associated with severe adverse effects. Theoretically, concomitant use of GHB with amphetamines may also antagonize the effects of GHB. Conversely, concomitant use of GHB with amphetamines is reported to mask the symptoms of amphetamine intoxication.

I'll be straight with you: this is a dangerous pairing, and neither of these is a real dietary supplement. PMA (paramethoxyamphetamine) is a powerful, illicit stimulant that's notorious for being more toxic than other amphetamines, and GHB is a strong nervous-system depressant. Putting an upper and a downer together does not cancel out the danger. It hides it.

Here's the trap. GHB can mask the warning signs that PMA is building to toxic levels, so your body may be overheating, your heart racing, and your blood pressure climbing while you feel deceptively calm. The two also fight each other, which can push people to take more of one or both. PMA in particular causes dangerous overheating and irregular heartbeats. The evidence here is anecdotal, but the real-world reports are scary. Please don't combine these, and if someone has, get emergency help right away.

GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate) is a powerful central nervous system depressant that is NOT a safe dietary supplement. In the U.S. it is a controlled substance, and only a tightly regulated prescription form (sodium oxybate) is legal for narcolepsy. Non-prescription GHB can cause coma, breathing failure, and death, and it is also a known 'date-rape' drug — it should not be taken outside of medical supervision.
