Morphine Sulfate falls under P-GLYCOPROTEIN SUBSTRATES — the group Methoxylated Flavones interacts with.
Some of these drugs include some chemotherapeutic agents (daunorubicin, docetaxel, etoposide, paclitaxel, vinblastine, vincristine, vindesine), antifungals (ketoconazole, itraconazole), protease inhibitors (amprenavir, indinavir, nelfinavir, saquinavir), H2 antagonists (cimetidine, ranitidine), some calcium channel blockers (diltiazem, verapamil), corticosteroids, erythromycin, cisapride (Propulsid), fexofenadine (Allegra), cyclosporine, loperamide (Imodium), quinidine, and others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist for morphine: it gets shuttled around your body partly by a pump called P-glycoprotein, including being moved out of your brain. Compounds in citrus peel like nobiletin and tangeretin can slow that pump down, at least in lab dish studies. If the pump works less, a bit more morphine could in theory reach your bloodstream and brain, which might mean stronger effects such as extra drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, or slower breathing.
I want to be honest, though: this is theoretical, based on cell experiments, not real people, so we don't know if it truly matters in everyday life. The small amount of flavones in food is unlikely to be an issue, but concentrated supplements are less predictable. Since morphine is a strong opioid, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding these.

Morphine is used to manage acute (short-term) and chronic (long-term) pain that is severe enough to need an opioid and that hasn't been adequately treated by other options. The higher-concentration liquid form is reserved for adults who are already opioid-tolerant — meaning their body is used to opioid medications.
Because of real risks of addiction, misuse, and overdose, morphine is only prescribed when other pain treatments have not worked or are not expected to work. It is not intended for long-term use unless the pain continues to be severe and no alternatives are suitable.
