Bendroflumethiazide, Nadolol falls under BETA-BLOCKERS — the group Octacosanol interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of octacosanol with beta-blockers might result in additive hypotensive effects.
Octacosanol is the main component of policosanol. Clinical research shows that policosanol 5 mg daily can have additive blood pressure-lowering effects in patients with hypertension who are taking beta-blockers. Also, animal research shows that policosanol can increase the hypotensive effects of propranolol. It is not clear if these effects occur with the use of octacosanol.

Corzide combines two blood pressure lowerers: nadolol (a beta-blocker) and bendroflumethiazide (a water pill). Both already work to bring your blood pressure down. The concern here is simple addition: octacosanol is the main piece of policosanol, and studies of policosanol show it can nudge blood pressure a little lower in people already taking beta-blockers. So stacking it on top of Corzide could push your numbers down more than you expect.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or tired, especially when standing up quickly. Honestly, the evidence for octacosanol itself is thin, much of it comes from policosanol and animal work, so this may be mild or may not happen at all. Still, check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it, and keep an eye on your blood pressure.
