Aspirin, Carisoprodol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Phellodendron interacts with.

Theoretically, phellodendron might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Phellodendron contains berberine. In vitro and in vivo research suggest that berberine can inhibit platelet aggregation. Theoretically, phellodendron might also inhibit platelet aggregation.

Soma Compound is a combination product: it has aspirin (a blood thinner that keeps platelets from clumping) plus carisoprodol (a muscle relaxer). The concern here is really with the aspirin half. Phellodendron contains berberine, and in lab and animal studies berberine seems to slow platelet clumping too. So in theory, taking the two together could add up and make your blood a little less likely to clot.

If that happens, you might notice easier bruising, longer bleeding from small cuts, nosebleeds, or rarely something more serious. I'll be honest: this is theoretical, based only on lab and animal work, not proven in people. Still, since aspirin already affects bleeding, it's worth running this combo by your pharmacist or doctor before starting phellodendron.
