Here's the simple version: methylphenidate (you wrote it as Hethylphenidate, but I'll treat it as methylphenidate) is itself a stimulant that bumps up norepinephrine and dopamine. Phenpromethamine is a banned, amphetamine-like stimulant that's been sneaked into some sports and weight-loss products. Stacking two stimulants together doesn't cancel out, it piles on. So the worry is added strain on your heart and blood vessels: a faster heart rate, higher blood pressure, palpitations, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, and feeling wired or anxious.

I'll be honest, this is a theoretical caution based on how these drugs work, not strong real-world studies. Still, my advice is firm and easy: steer clear of any supplement listing phenpromethamine, and run your supplement labels past your pharmacist or doctor first.
