Let me be straight with you: both of these are stimulant-type compounds, and neither belongs in a supplement. Phenpromethamine and PMA (paramethoxyamphetamine) both rev up your body's adrenaline-type signals. Stacking them together can pile one stimulant effect on top of another. That means a real risk of a racing or pounding heart, dangerously high blood pressure, overheating, anxiety, and in serious cases heart rhythm problems. PMA in particular is known to be especially dangerous.

This concern is based on how these drugs work pharmacologically, not on direct studies, but I would not take that as reassurance here. PMA is associated with serious and even fatal reactions. Please steer clear of any product containing either ingredient, and talk with your pharmacist or doctor right away.
