Here's the thinking behind this pairing. Hadlima (adalimumab-bwwd) is a biologic that quiets down an overactive immune system by blocking a messenger called TNF, which is how it helps with conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and Crohn's disease. Picrorhiza, on the other hand, has shown immune-stimulating activity in lab and animal research. In theory, an herb that revs the immune system could push against a drug that's trying to calm it down, possibly making your Hadlima work a little less well.

I'll be honest with you: this is a theoretical concern based only on test-tube and animal studies, not on real patients taking both together. Still, because letting your underlying condition flare matters, I'd run it past your doctor or pharmacist before adding picrorhiza.
