Boceprevir falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Resveratrol interacts with.

Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit the CYP3A4 enzyme. However, clinical research shows that taking resveratrol 3000 mg daily for 8 weeks does not necessitate dose adjustments to medications metabolized by CYP3A4.

Here's the quick picture: your body relies partly on an enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear boceprevir (Victrelis). In test-tube studies, resveratrol can slow that enzyme down a bit. In theory, that could let boceprevir build up slightly, which might mean more of its usual side effects, like fatigue, nausea, a metallic taste, or low blood counts (anemia) that already come with hepatitis C treatment.

The good news is that this concern is mostly on paper. A human study using a hefty 3000 mg of resveratrol daily for 8 weeks didn't require any dose changes for CYP3A4 drugs, so real-world risk looks low. Still, since boceprevir is a serious medication, I'd run any resveratrol supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.
