Glasdegib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Resveratrol interacts with.

Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit the CYP3A4 enzyme. However, clinical research shows that taking resveratrol 3000 mg daily for 8 weeks does not necessitate dose adjustments to medications metabolized by CYP3A4.

Here's the gist for your situation. Glasdegib is cleared from your body mainly by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In test-tube studies, resveratrol can slow that same enzyme down. If that happened in a real person, glasdegib could build up a little higher than expected, which in theory might mean more of its usual side effects, such as muscle spasms, fatigue, nausea, low blood counts, or changes to your heart rhythm (a QT prolongation that doctors watch closely).

The good news: this is only a theoretical concern from lab work. In actual human research, even 3000 mg of resveratrol daily did not force dose changes for CYP3A4 drugs. Still, because glasdegib is a serious cancer medicine with careful monitoring, please run any resveratrol supplement past your oncologist or pharmacist first.

What Is Glasdegib Used For?

Brand name: Daurismo

Daurismo (glasdegib) is approved to treat newly-diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) — a fast-growing cancer of the blood and bone marrow. It is used specifically in adults who are 75 years of age or older, or in adults of any age whose other health conditions make intensive induction chemotherapy too risky.

Daurismo is not used alone. It is always given together with low-dose cytarabine, a separate chemotherapy medicine, as part of a 28-day treatment cycle.
