Aspirin, Dipyridamole falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sorrel interacts with.

Theoretically, sorrel might cause additive effects and side effects when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro, sorrel has been shown to inhibit platelet aggregation. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Aggrenox combines two blood thinners, aspirin and dipyridamole, that both work to keep platelets from clumping together. The concern here is pretty simple: sorrel has shown, in test-tube studies, that it can also slow platelets down a bit. Stacked on top of your medication, that could in theory add up and tip you toward easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop.

The good news is this is only a theoretical worry. It has only been seen in lab dishes, never confirmed in actual people, and normal cooking amounts of sorrel are very unlikely to matter. Larger concentrated supplement doses are where I'd be more cautious. If you want to use sorrel regularly, just run it past your pharmacist or doctor first.
