Anagrelide falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sorrel interacts with.

Theoretically, sorrel might cause additive effects and side effects when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro, sorrel has been shown to inhibit platelet aggregation. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for these two together. Anagrelide already lowers your platelet count and can slow clotting, which is exactly the point of the medication. Sorrel, in lab dish studies, seems to make platelets a little less sticky too. So the worry is that the two could stack up and nudge you toward easier bruising or bleeding, like nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop.

That said, this is theoretical. The anti-platelet effect of sorrel has only been seen in test tubes, not in actual people, and a little sorrel in your cooking is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated supplement doses are the bigger question mark. Before adding a sorrel supplement, run it past your pharmacist or doctor, and let them know if you notice any unusual bleeding.

Both Agrylin and generic anagrelide capsules are used to treat thrombocythemia secondary to myeloproliferative neoplasms — a condition where bone marrow disorders cause dangerously high platelet counts. The goal is to bring platelet counts down, lower the risk of dangerous blood clots (thrombosis), and ease related symptoms including bleeding and clotting events.
