Celiprolol falls under ORGANIC ANION-TRANSPORTING POLYPEPTIDE SUBSTRATES (OATP) — the group Sorrel interacts with.

Sorrel might reduce the effectiveness of OATP substrates by reducing their absorption from the gut.
In vitro research shows that sorrel inhibits OATP1A2. Theoretically it may inhibit other OATPs. The OATPs are expressed in the small intestine and liver and transport drugs into cells. Inhibition of OATP may reduce the bioavailability of oral drugs that are substrates of OATP.

Here's the gist for celiprolol, a beta-blocker often used for high blood pressure. Your body relies on transporter proteins called OATPs in the gut to help shuttle celiprolol into your system. Lab (test-tube) research suggests sorrel may block one of these transporters. If that happens, less of your celiprolol could get absorbed, which means it may work less well at controlling your blood pressure or heart rate.

The honest part: this is theoretical, based only on lab data, not on people. Small culinary amounts of sorrel in a meal are unlikely to be a problem. Concentrated supplement doses are the bigger question mark. If you take a sorrel supplement regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your numbers.
