Here's the gist for aspirin: it already thins your blood a bit by making your platelets less sticky. Sweet Vernal Grass, when dried, can form a compound called dicoumarol that acts like a blood thinner too. Put them together and the worry is simply an additive effect, meaning a slightly higher chance of bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach bleeding.

I want to be honest about the strength here: this is theoretical, based on the plant's chemistry and some animal reports, not on solid human studies. A whiff of the sweet hay smell won't do anything. The concern is concentrated supplement amounts. If you're taking aspirin regularly, just run this grass supplement by your pharmacist or doctor first.
