Here's the thing to keep in perspective: Bromfenac (Prolensa, Bromsite) is an eye drop you use after cataract surgery. Very little gets into your bloodstream, so it doesn't thin your blood the way swallowed NSAIDs can. Sweet Vernal Grass, when dried, contains dicoumarol, a natural blood thinner, and the concern is that combining blood-thinning effects could raise bleeding risk.

For an eye drop, this worry is largely theoretical and based on animal data, not human studies. Still, if you notice unusual bruising, bleeding gums, or any bleeding around the eye after surgery, mention it. And before adding any concentrated grass supplement, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or surgeon to be safe.
