Aspirin, Meprobamate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tocotrienols interacts with.

Concomitant use of tocotrienols with anticoagulant or antiplatelet agents might increase the risk of bleeding. However, this has not been reported in humans.
Taking tocotrienols orally inhibits experimentally-induced platelet aggregation in humans. Theoretically tocotrienols might increase the risk of bleeding if taken with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. However, tocotrienols 400-800 mg daily have been used with aspirin and/or clopidogrel for 1 year with no clear cumulative antiplatelet effects and no reports of bleeding.

This combo pill pairs aspirin (which thins the blood by quieting platelets) with meprobamate (an older anti-anxiety medicine). The piece that matters here is the aspirin. In lab and small human studies, tocotrienols can gently nudge platelets in the same direction aspirin does, so on paper there's a thought they might add a little to your bleeding risk.

In real life, this looks pretty mild. People have taken fairly high doses of tocotrienols (400 to 800 mg daily) alongside aspirin for a year without any clear extra blood-thinning or bleeding problems. Still, keep an eye out for things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums. Before adding a tocotrienol supplement, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor, especially since you're already on a blood thinner.
