Hydrocodone, Ibuprofen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tocotrienols interacts with.

Concomitant use of tocotrienols with anticoagulant or antiplatelet agents might increase the risk of bleeding. However, this has not been reported in humans.
Taking tocotrienols orally inhibits experimentally-induced platelet aggregation in humans. Theoretically tocotrienols might increase the risk of bleeding if taken with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. However, tocotrienols 400-800 mg daily have been used with aspirin and/or clopidogrel for 1 year with no clear cumulative antiplatelet effects and no reports of bleeding.

The piece of Vicoprofen that matters here is the ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is an NSAID, and on its own it can mildly thin the blood and irritate the stomach lining. Tocotrienols, a form of vitamin E, may slightly reduce how well platelets clump together. So in theory, stacking the two could add up to a little more bleeding risk, things like easier bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset.

That said, this is mostly a theoretical concern. It hasn't actually been reported in people, and studies using fairly high tocotrienol doses alongside blood thinners didn't show real bleeding problems. For most folks taking Vicoprofen short-term for pain, this isn't a big deal. Still, if you use it regularly or have any bleeding history, mention the supplement to your pharmacist or doctor first.
