Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
LEVODOPA
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) enhances the metabolism of levodopa, reducing its clinical effects. However, this interaction does not occur when carbidopa is used concurrently with levodopa (Sinemet). Therefore, it is not likely to be a problem in most people.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Here's some reassuring news. On its own, levodopa can be broken down faster when you take vitamin B6, which would mean less of it reaching your brain and weaker control of Parkinson's symptoms like stiffness, slowness, and tremor. But your product pairs levodopa with carbidopa, and carbidopa blocks that exact pathway B6 speeds up. So the worry essentially disappears when the two are combined like they are in your medication.
This concern is mostly theoretical, based on how the drugs work rather than real problems people run into. Everyday food and a normal multivitamin amount of B6 are very unlikely to cause trouble. If you're thinking about a high-dose B6 supplement, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

By severity: 7 major · 17 moderate · 2 minor.
From our pharmacist’s overview on the Levodopa, Carbidopa page
“Cowhage is the first thing to know here. It naturally contains levodopa, sometimes 75 to 400 mg per dose, so stacking it on Levodopa, Carbidopa (Duodopa) risks levodopa excess.”
