Most entries, 30 in all, pile extra anticholinergic effects on the atropine, meaning worse dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, and confusion. Henbane and scopolia, both major, contain the same alkaloid family. The third major, activated charcoal, is a trap because people often reach for it during stomach upsets, exactly when they'd take Motofen, yet it can soak up the drug and blunt it.
