This is a hormonal compound with real health risks and surprisingly little safety testing behind it. The most common adverse effects reported are problems with cholesterol (increases in LDL, decreases in HDL), liver function (elevated liver enzymes), and kidney function (elevated creatinine and reduced kidney filtration).

After just 4 weeks in some people, kidney function dropped into the impaired range, even though creatinine stayed technically normal. Do not use during pregnancy—it's a hormone-altering compound and poses genuine risks to a developing baby.

Avoid while breastfeeding because of unknown hormonal risks to your infant. Because of limited safety data overall, side effects beyond these may exist but haven't been thoroughly documented.

Directions: Shake well. Snap down the insert. Dispense 3ml under the tongue. Hold the contents under your tongue for 60 seconds, then swish the contents around your mouth and swallow completely. Use 2-4 doses spread out during the day with at least 30 minutes between doses. Example: 3ml upon waking, 2ml at 5pm and 3ml before bed.
