Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Low disclosure
Rezolution Fat Incinerator contains 8 active ingredients. The main player is caffeine anhydrous, a stimulant that boosts mental alertness and physical performance.
5-HTP is an amino acid that may help with mood. Mucuna pruriens (cowhage) is a plant that contains levodopa, an active compound similar to a Parkinson's medication.
Bitter orange is a citrus extract containing synephrine, another stimulant. 1,3-DMAA is a synthetic compound with stimulant properties that's been banned in supplements in many countries.
The product also includes N-Acetyl-Tyrosine (an amino acid), Psoralea corylifolia, and Chaenomeles speciosa (a fruit plant), grouped into a proprietary blend and a "stimulants complex" and "dopamine complex." The inactive ingredients include fillers, binders, and capsule materials like cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, gelatin, magnesium stearate, and silica.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
For caffeine, the data shows it is Effective for neonatal apnea and postoperative headache, and Likely Effective for mental alertness and athletic performance. For the other active ingredients in this product—5-HTP, Mucuna pruriens, bitter orange, 1,3-DMAA, and the plant extracts—the evidence we hold does not establish effectiveness for any claimed use.
5-HTP has Possibly Effective evidence only for depression, and Mucuna pruriens has Insufficient Reliable Evidence for all conditions listed. Bitter orange and 1,3-DMAA have Insufficient Reliable Evidence for their listed uses, including weight loss and athletic performance.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Caffeine is generally well tolerated in moderate amounts but can cause anxiety, insomnia, nausea, headache, tremors, and restlessness—side effects that vary by person and dose. High doses raise the risk of serious effects like stroke.
Small amounts pass into breast milk; moderate caffeine intake is usually considered acceptable. In pregnancy, caffeine safety data is mixed (rated Possibly Safe and Possibly Unsafe), so talk with your doctor about safe limits.
5-HTP is generally well tolerated short-term but commonly causes nausea, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, and drowsiness, especially at higher doses. The data rates it unsafe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Mucuna pruriens rarely causes side effects orally, but diarrhea, flatulence, headache, and insomnia have been reported. It is unsafe in pregnancy because of its dopamine effects and should be avoided while breastfeeding, as levodopa can lower milk supply.
Bitter orange and 1,3-DMAA are both stimulants linked to serious cardiovascular harm—high blood pressure, heart palpitations, heart attack, and stroke—especially when combined with caffeine or other stimulants. Both are rated unsafe in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
1,3-DMAA is banned in many countries due to these safety concerns.
Meds to double-check
Major interaction found
Before taking this product, double-check with your doctor or pharmacist if you take: blood pressure medications (especially methyldopa or guanethidine), MAOIs or other antidepressants, anti-seizure drugs, diabetes medications, stimulant drugs, sedatives or sleep aids, heart medications (especially those that affect QT interval), antipsychotics, antibiotics (quinolones), acid-reflux medication (cimetidine), or any drug your liver processes (ask your pharmacist if unsure). The stimulants in this product carry Major interaction risks with certain classes and should not be combined with ephedrine.
No interactions are documented for three of the inactive ingredients we could not check.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Major medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
