The inactive ingredients are deionized water and grain alcohol.
The probiotics are meant to support your gut bacteria balance, while cilantro and chlorella are included as additional detox-supporting botanicals. This is a liquid supplement, so it can be easier to dose than pills or capsules.

The evidence for this product's overall effectiveness as a detox isn't covered in our data. For individual ingredients, Lactobacillus acidophilus is possibly effective for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), antibiotic-related diarrhea, bacterial vaginosis, and Helicobacter pylori infection.
Bifidobacterium bifidum is possibly effective for IBS and respiratory tract infections. For most other uses listed — cilantro for diabetes and digestive issues, chlorella for various conditions, and the other probiotics — the evidence we hold is insufficient to rate their effectiveness.

How safe is it?
Well-documented data
The probiotics in this product are generally well tolerated in healthy adults and children, though people who are seriously ill or immune-compromised should use caution and check with their doctor first. Rare side effects from probiotics include gastrointestinal discomfort, bloating, flatulence, and diarrhea — usually mild and temporary.
Very rarely, live probiotic bacteria have caused serious infections (bacteremia or sepsis) in critically ill patients, though these cases are uncommon. Cilantro is safe in normal food amounts but lacks safety data at medicinal doses; concentrated doses or essential oil should be avoided without medical advice.
Chlorella may cause allergic reactions, abdominal cramping, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, nausea, and photosensitivity, especially in the first two weeks. Anaphylaxis (a severe allergic reaction) is rare but has been reported with both cilantro and chlorella.
Chlorella also carries quality and purity concerns across different products.

The most serious interactions involve cilantro (the herb coriander) with antidiabetes drugs — it may lower blood sugar, raising the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), so if you take diabetes medication, you'll want to monitor your levels closely and talk to your doctor about dose adjustments.

The probiotic ingredients — Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum infantis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, and Lactobacillus helveticus — all interact with antibiotic drugs. When taken at the same time, antibiotics might kill off the live bacteria in the probiotics, reducing their effectiveness.
You should space out your antibiotic and this product by a few hours. Cilantro also interacts with blood pressure medications (antihypertensive drugs), which may increase the risk of low blood pressure (hypotension); CNS depressants (sedatives, sleep aids, anxiety medications), which may add to drowsiness; and photosensitizing drugs, which may increase sun sensitivity.
Chlorella, another ingredient, interacts with warfarin (a blood thinner) — it contains vitamin K, which can make warfarin less effective — and with photosensitizing drugs, again raising sun sensitivity risk. We could not check Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, and Lactobacillus reuteri for interactions.

Chlorella, Micronized
Photosensitizing Drugs
Theoretically, chlorella might have additive effects with photosensitizing drugs.
Chlorella has been reported to cause photosensitization. In five case reports, patients who had ingested chlorella exhibited swelling followed by erythematopurpuric lesions on sun-exposed areas of the body. Theoretically, concomitant use with photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate effects.
Warfarin (Coumadin)
Theoretically, chlorella might reduce the clinical effects of warfarin.
Chlorella contains significant amounts of vitamin K. There is at least one case report of warfarin therapy becoming sub-therapeutic after initiation of chlorella supplements.
CytoFlora Probiotics Lystates
Antibiotic Drugs
Theoretically, taking antibiotic drugs with certain probiotics might decrease the effectiveness of probiotics.
Many probiotics are bacteria. Since these preparations usually contain live and active organisms, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of sensitive organisms. Human research shows that taking probiotic concurrently with antibiotic treatment does not affect the diversity of the gut microbiome compared with antibiotic treatment in the absence of probiotics. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and these preparations by at least two hours.
Antifungals
Theoretically, taking antifungals with certain probiotics might decrease the effectiveness of probiotics.
Some probiotics such as Saccharomyces boulardii are fungi. Therefore, simultaneously taking antifungals might kill a significant number of these organisms.
