Niacin
Niacin, also known as vitamin B3, is a water-soluble vitamin found in a variety of foods, including meat, poultry, fish, and fortified grains. It plays a variety of roles in the body, including in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. It is also necessary for the production of energy in the body and in the synthesis of different hormones. Niacin deficiency is rare in developed countries, however, supplementation has been shown to have several positive benefits. For example, it can reduce the risk of diabetic neuropathy (i.e., nerve pain) and has been shown effective for treating some types of high cholesterol (extended-release niacin is used as a prescription drug in the United States for this purpose). There is a multitude of niacin forms available as dietary supplements, including NADH, niacinamide, and nicotinamide riboside, all with different properties.

Green Tea extract
Description:Green tea is a type of tea that is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. It is native to Asia and is widely consumed throughout the world. Green tea has a mild, slightly grassy flavor and is typically lighter in color and less astringent than black tea. Green tea is a rich source of antioxidants, particularly a group of compounds called catechins. These antioxidants are thought to help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Green tea is also a good source of other nutrients, including vitamin C and several B vitamins. Green tea is often consumed for a number of purported health benefits including reducing the risk of heart disease, immune-stimulating effects, and weight loss. Oral green tea supplements, containing dried powder, are most often utilized for the caffeine content and used as an appetite suppressant for weight loss.

L-Glutamine
Description:L-glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body, produced primarily in skeletal muscle and then released into circulation. It serves vital roles in various tissues, including the immune system, gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, and liver, where it supports essential functions such as maintaining intestinal integrity, immune response, and amino acid balance. Although traditionally classified as a non-essential amino acid, during periods of severe stress, glutamine becomes conditionally essential due to the body's increased demand. It acts as a critical nitrogen and carbon transporter between organs, and while the intestinal mucosa can synthesize glutamine, this production is insufficient during times of significant physiological stress. Dietary supplements generally contain L-glutamine as it is the biologically active form of the amino acid.

Rhodiola extract
Description:Rhodiola is a type of plant native to the Arctic regions of Europe and Asia. It is also known as "golden root" or "arctic root." The roots and rhizomes of Rhodiola are commonly used in dietary supplements for their purported effects as an 'adaptogen', which are used to improve physical and mental performance, reduce fatigue, and enhance the ability to cope with stress. Rhodiola is believed to work by increasing the production of certain chemicals in the brain (e.g., serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine) that are involved in mood and energy regulation. Rhodiola supplements are often standardized to a specific amount of their rosavin and salidroside content.

Quercetin Dihydrate
Description:Quercetin is a type of flavonoid, which is a class of compounds found in a wide variety of plants and foods. It is purported to have a number of health benefits such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immune-boosting effects. Studies suggest it may also help to reduce the risk of certain chronic diseases, such as heart disease. In addition, quercetin may have anti-allergic properties and may be helpful in the treatment of allergies and asthma. It is a popular dietary supplement worldwide and is often included in products that contain antioxidants or various vitamins/minerals. Its wide range of potential health benefits mean that it could potentiate the effects of other drugs (e.g., anti-hypertensives), which is why there are an abundant number of potential interactions listed for quercetin.

- Limited edition flavor! Incredible taste!
Phase 3: ROS & Catabolism Combating Blend
When you push your body beyond its limits, to promote protein synthesis & build lean muscle, you need to protect against harmful ROS (reactive oxygen species) that damage your cells.
- The ROS & catabolism combating blend offers unrivaled free radical protection to the vital processes that promote energy and fatty acid metabolism.
- It targets multiple metabolic pathways from every direction for unparalleled results.
^In a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled cross-over study, 25 subjects exercised on a treadmill on two occasions. On one occasion subjects took the proprietary module within the lipo-thermo trigger blend 60 minutes before exercise and on the second occasion, they took a placebo. When the subjects took the proprietary module within the lipo-thermo trigger blend, they burned 300% more calories before starting their exercise compared to the placebo group. The amount of calories burned was higher in the proprietary module in the lipo-thermo trigger blend before, during and up to one hour after exercise relative to placebo.
For maximum results, take two servings daily in combination with regular exercise.
- Product was tested for over 145 banned substances on the 2013 World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) prohibited list via HFL skip lot testing protocol #ICP0307. See gnc.com for more information.

- Reach Your True Physical Potential
- You have a purpose every time you work out. Your training and diet are precise. You train for results and you expect them to be extraordinary. The body you expect is lean and defined.
- The ROS & catabolism combating blend is designed to protect vital muscle from harmful free radicals that are induced during your training. This scientific formula is no accident. It's the latest creation from a team of GNC Scientists who uncovered the multi-faceted formula for activating the cellular signals that trigger fat oxidation and maximize thermogenesis while simultaneously fueling and protecting muscle cells. Combined with a fat-slashing diet and exercise program, it works in three distinct phases.
- Phase 1: Lipo-thermo trigger blend
An extreme thermogenic blend ignites pre-training calorie burning by an astounding 300%. Ingredients such as caffeine, EGCG, capsicum and piperine directly impact fat metabolism, while white willow, a natural souce of salicin, influences metabolic pathways in the body to amplify caffeine's powerful thermogenic effects.

Formula |
- Powered by the antioxidant quercetin, this blend targets ROS free radicals, to protect your muscle cells from oxidative damage triggered by intense exercise. Another key element to this blend, glutamine, one of the most abundant amino acids in muscle tissue, works to promote protein synthesis and muscle cell hydration.
- Each serving supplies 200 mg of caffeine.
- For the first time, GNC combines a clinically studied thermogenic formula with rapidly absorbed micronized amino acids to target fatty acid metabolism and fuel lean, sculpted muscles.
- The daily two-serving dose feature 3.4 grams of clinically backed CLA to promote a lean, healthy body composition.
- Phase 2: Multi-action amino acid blend
A special blend of micronized amino acids and ingredients engineered for rapid, efficient uptake. This formula features leucine, a fundamental branched-chain amino acid for triggering protein synthesis and supporting lean muscle. Also featured are several other co-factors, such as beta-alanine, to prime your muscles and stimulate a key fatigue-controlling factor for maximal muscle toning workouts.
