Aspirin, Caffeine, Hydrocodone falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group 1,4-dmaa interacts with.

1,4-DMAA is thought to have stimulant and vasoconstrictive effects, which have been demonstrated in animal studies. Theoretically, taking 1,4-DMAA with stimulant drugs might increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular effects. Some stimulant drugs include amphetamine, caffeine, diethylpropion (Tenuate), methylphenidate, phentermine (Ionamin), pseudoephedrine (Sudafed, others), and many others.

Here's the piece that matters with this combination product (Damason-P): one of its three ingredients is caffeine, which is a stimulant in its own right. 1,4-DMAA is also a stimulant that acts like adrenaline, narrowing blood vessels and pushing up heart rate and blood pressure. Stacking two stimulants together can add up, so theoretically you could see a racing or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, higher blood pressure, or chest discomfort.

I want to be honest that this concern comes from how these chemicals behave (and animal data), not from solid human studies, so it's a theoretical worry rather than a proven one. That said, my bigger point stands: the FDA considers 1,4-DMAA unsafe and not a legal supplement ingredient, so I'd steer clear of it regardless. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing anything stimulant-like with this medicine.
