Dextroamphetamine (patch) falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group 1,4-dmaa interacts with.

1,4-DMAA is thought to have stimulant and vasoconstrictive effects, which have been demonstrated in animal studies. Theoretically, taking 1,4-DMAA with stimulant drugs might increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular effects. Some stimulant drugs include amphetamine, caffeine, diethylpropion (Tenuate), methylphenidate, phentermine (Ionamin), pseudoephedrine (Sudafed, others), and many others.

Here's the concern with pairing 1,4-DMAA and your Xelstrym (dextroamphetamine) patch. Both are stimulants that push your body in the same direction. Dextroamphetamine already raises norepinephrine and dopamine, which lifts your heart rate, blood pressure, and alertness. DMAA acts a lot like adrenaline and narrows blood vessels on top of that. Stack them together and you could see a bigger jump in blood pressure, a faster or pounding heartbeat, chest tightness, jitteriness, headache, or trouble sleeping.

To be fair, this is a theoretical interaction based on how these two behave, not on solid human studies. But since the FDA considers DMAA unsafe and the patch delivers a steady stimulant dose, I'd steer clear of DMAA and talk with your doctor or pharmacist first.
