Acetaminophen, Codeine, Doxylamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, strongly inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme.

Here's the tricky part with Mersyndol. The codeine in it is actually a prodrug, meaning your body has to convert it into morphine using an enzyme called CYP2D6 before it does much for pain. Some Acacia rigidula products have been found to contain a hidden stimulant (BMPEA) that can block that same enzyme in lab studies. If that enzyme is slowed down, less codeine turns into morphine, so you may get weaker pain relief than expected.

I'll be honest, this is theoretical and based only on test-tube research, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The bigger worry is Acacia rigidula itself, since its stimulant content is unpredictable. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.
