Amphetamine Sulfate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, strongly inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme.

Here's the concern with pairing this one with your amphetamine. Some Acacia rigidula products have been found to contain a hidden stimulant called BMPEA, and lab testing suggests BMPEA can block an enzyme called CYP2D6. That enzyme is one of the pathways your body uses to break down amphetamine. If it's slowed down, amphetamine could build up and hit harder than expected.

On top of that, both are stimulants, so you'd essentially be stacking two of them. That could mean a racing or pounding heart, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or anxiety. This is mostly based on lab data, not human studies, so it's theoretical, but given the safety questions around these products I'd steer clear. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

Here's the simple version: amphetamine sulfate is already a powerful stimulant. It revs up your body by boosting brain chemicals like dopamine and norepinephrine, which is what gives the focus and energy effect, but also why it can raise your heart rate and blood pressure. Acacia rigidula products may contain their own stimulant-like amines (and some have even been found spiked with an unapproved stimulant). Stacking two stimulants on top of each other can add up.

So the worry here isn't that one cancels the other out, it's that together they could push your heart harder than either alone. Think faster heartbeat, palpitations, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, or trouble sleeping. This is a theoretical concern based on how these compounds work, not strong human studies, but given how unpredictable these supplements are, I'd skip it.
