Esterified Estrogens falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme by 37%.

Here's the gist with this pairing. Your body uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to help clear esterified estrogens (Menest, Estratab). Some Acacia rigidula products have been found to contain a hidden stimulant, BMPEA, which in lab tests slowed that same enzyme by about a third. If that happens in real life, your estrogen could clear more slowly and build up, which may mean stronger estrogen effects like breast tenderness, bloating, nausea, headaches, or spotting.

I want to be honest though: this is theoretical, based only on test-tube data, not people. The bigger worry to me is that these supplements are often adulterated and poorly studied. I'd skip Acacia rigidula and chat with your pharmacist or doctor first.
