Ethinyl Estradiol, Norethindrone falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme by 37%.

Your birth control pill combines two hormones, ethinyl estradiol and norethindrone, and your liver clears them using an enzyme called CYP3A4. Some Acacia rigidula products have been found spiked with a stimulant called BMPEA, and in lab dish testing that compound slowed CYP3A4 down by about a third. In theory, that could let your hormone levels drift a bit higher, which might mean more of the usual estrogen-type side effects like nausea, breast tenderness, headaches, or bloating.

I want to be honest though: this is only based on test-tube data, not real people, so we truly don't know if it matters in your body. The bigger concern is that these products often contain a hidden, unapproved stimulant at all. I'd skip it and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
