Acetyl-l-carnitine + Lasmiditan Succinate
Lasmiditan Succinate brand name: Reyvow.
Acetyl-l-carnitine has a moderate interaction with Lasmiditan Succinate. Theoretically, acetyl-L-carnitine might increase the risk of serotonergic side effects, including serotonin syndrome and cerebral vasoconstrictive disorders, when taken with serotonergic drugs.

SEROTONERGIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Lasmiditan Succinate
Lasmiditan Succinate falls under SEROTONERGIC DRUGS — the group Acetyl-l-carnitine interacts with.
Animal research shows that acetyl-L-carnitine can increase levels of serotonin in the brain.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist for Reyvow (lasmiditan): this migraine medicine works on serotonin receptors in your brain. Some early animal studies suggest acetyl-L-carnitine may nudge serotonin levels up a bit. Put the two together and, in theory, you could have a slightly higher chance of too much serotonin activity, sometimes called serotonin syndrome.
I want to be honest that this is a theoretical concern based only on lab and animal research, not real cases in people, so it's not something to panic about. Still, it's worth knowing the warning signs: agitation, a racing heart, sweating, shivering, muscle twitching, or feeling confused. If those show up, get medical help. Before combining these, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor so they can review your full list.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Lasmiditan Succinate page
“Sedation is the thread running through most of this page. Lasmiditan (Reyvow) treats migraine attacks and is drowsy-making enough that patients are told not to drive for eight hours after a dose, so the many supplements here with sedative pull of their own deserve genuine wariness; kava and even a beer or glass of wine carry major rati…”
