Phenobarbital, Sodium Nitrate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES — the group Artichoke interacts with.

Theoretically, artichoke might increase serum levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2B6.
In vitro research shows that artichoke leaf extract inhibits CYP2B6 activity. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for the phenobarbital in this product. Phenobarbital is partly broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP2B6. In a test tube, artichoke leaf extract slowed that enzyme down. In theory, if that happened in your body, phenobarbital could build up a bit and lead to stronger effects like extra drowsiness, dizziness, slowed breathing, or feeling unusually groggy.

I want to be honest about the evidence though: this has only been seen in lab studies, not in real people, so we don't actually know if it matters day to day. Since phenobarbital is a sensitive medicine where small swings count, I'd still loop in your pharmacist or doctor before adding artichoke, rather than starting or stopping anything on your own.
