Benzthiazide (Exna) is a thiazide-type water pill that lowers blood pressure by helping your body get rid of extra salt and fluid. Banaba, on the other hand, is taken mostly for blood sugar, but some human and animal research hints it may nudge blood pressure down a little too. So when you pair the two, the concern is mainly an additive one: their blood-pressure-lowering effects could stack on top of each other.

In real life that might show up as feeling lightheaded, dizzy when standing up quickly, or unusually tired. Keep in mind this interaction is mostly theoretical and based on limited evidence, so for many people it won't cause trouble. Still, since banaba can also affect blood sugar, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it rather than changing anything on your own.
